Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess whether Encore’s services are appropriate, provide agreed services, maintain professional records and meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
Confidential information
Please do not include sensitive financial, legal, health or identifying information about another person in an initial website enquiry. Appropriate arrangements for sharing confidential information can be established if an engagement proceeds.

Encore may use professional technology, communications and record-management providers to support its operations. Reasonable steps are taken to protect personal information, although no electronic communication or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
